FORMER Salisbury City player Chris Flood has joined Conference South side Basingstoke Town. Flood, an attack-minded midfielder, was with Wessex Premier Division side Winchester City last season, having previously had spells with Maidenhead United, Eastleigh, Dorchester Town, Forest Green Rovers since leaving Salisbury in July 2010 when he signed for Crawley Town for a reported fee of £10,000.
