ZARA Phillips and Toytown had to settle for second place on their return to eventing when they competed at this week's Somerley Park International Horse Trials.

Pippa Funnell and Mirage D'elle claimed top spot in the Savills Open Intermediate (Section B) - Toytown's four faults in the show jumping section proving the difference between first and second.

Mirage D'elle closed with 25.80 points - bettering Toytown by 3.20.
