DOWNTON FC are through to the semi-finals of the Salisbury Hospital Cup after beating local rivals Bemerton Heath Harlequins 3-1 in Monday night's tie.Declan McGregor scored twice with Paull Gulliver also on target for the Robins, the holders of the cup, who are now unbeaten in nine games.A crowd of 55 witnessed the contest at Western Way.Manager Jeff Softley said: "The lads felt we owed them one after we lost to them in extra time in another cup competition earlier in the season."We were very focused and beat a very good side. My lads were fantastic all round and deserved to win. If we can beat Bemerton we can beat anyone in the league."
